We are proud to introduce Scott Van Dusseldorp as the head coach of our LOCO 14U Bucks team.
Coach Van Dusseldorp brings more than 15 years of coaching experience at the high school level, including stops at Heritage High School, Woodgrove High School, and currently as the Varsity Head Coach at John Champe High School since 2020.
A former standout player at Heritage High School, Scott continued his playing career at Shenandoah University, where he helped lead the Hornets to back-to-back NCAA Division III World Series appearances in 2009 and 2010. In 2009, Scott was part of the Haymarket Senators who won the Valley League Championship.
In 2010, Scott became the first player in program history to earn conference Player of the Year honors, and broke multiple program career records—including 30 home runs. In January 2026, he was inducted into the Shenandoah University Athletics Hall of Fame.

Calling all 11U players! We are thrilled to announce TWO 11U Snyder Bucks teams for next season!
We are excited to welcome Justin Pillow as the head coach of a brand new 11U team! Justin brings six years of coaching experience at multiple levels, from youth baseball through high school, and is currently finishing his first season as head coach of the JV program at Brentsville District High School.
A lifelong Nokesville native and Brentsville graduate, Justin grew up playing on the same fields where he and his wife — both Nokesville natives — are now raising their three children and helping develop the next generation of players.
And as many of you already know, Andy Thorpe will be back for his third season with the Bucks, continuing to lead one of our 11U teams for the 2026–27 season. Andy has become a valued part of our Bucks family, bringing energy, experience, and a passion for helping young players grow both on and off the field.
We can’t wait to see both teams hit the field this fall!
