Hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day, and finding time to relax and remember and spend time.

On Saturday we did our annual “Murph”. People are still texting me to let me know they can’t move their arms. 😆

kicked off our this year! Deb just finished his first month with us. It’s his first Open season and first Open workout. He said he couldn’t make it in for the event and I asked him if he wanted to get it done Thursday. He said, “Yep, let’s do it.”

Deb came into the gym saying he wants to be in shape for his family, and wants to lose weight. He is down 13 pounds since he started one month ago!

We are so excited to kick off 2024!

Starting Tuesday, January 2nd, our afternoon schedule will now be

Each class will still be one hour.

This is to give you guys as athletes more opportunity to ask questions after class, and for the next class coming in to be able to get at up and ready to start on time. Having your workout written down, your numbers done, and your platform set up is going to help you get the most out of your time in the gym.

We are thrilled to be a part of this incredible initiative, and we need your help to make a difference in the lives of children this holiday season. 🤗

🎁 We are looking for unused packaged toys, and the deadline to drop them off at our gym is December 10th. Let's spread the joy and bring smiles to little faces this Christmas! 🎅

If you're interested in getting involved with your business, church, or school, check if there's an approved location near you. And if there isn't, don't worry! You can always send an application to become an approved drop off location yourself. 🌟
