If your pole studio owner always looks like she’s on her phone… chances are, she’s working. 😂📱
Running a studio means your phone becomes your front desk, booking system, customer service line, marketing department, staff communication, event planner, calendar, camera, and sometimes unofficial therapy office all in one. 🥹
So yes, sometimes we’re on our phones a lot but most of the time, we’re answering questions, solving problems, helping students, coordinating staff, managing classes, promoting the business, and keeping everything running behind the scenes.
There’s a whole lot more happening on that little screen than it looks like. 💜
