Welcome to another Motivation Monday! Are you stuck on where to go, what to do, how/when/what to eat, what exercises are best for you, how many days to train, what duration... ahhhhh!
Fitness CAN be overwhelming - if you let it - but our job as personal trainers is to cut through the noise and focus in on what's best for YOU and to guide you on a stress free (and noise free) path to a better you.
Will you work hard to get there? Yes, it takes hard work and discipline - but we will be there with you each step of the way to train you, educate you, motivate you, and eventually wish you well when you don't need us any more (except for some maintenance visits).

Bulgarian Split squats feeling easy? (said very little people, ever) add a bumper plate to allow for a deeper stretch at the bottom and really push those hip flexors.
