MY 4 DAY TRAINING SPLIT:
DAY 1 β PUSH (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
DAY 2 β PULL (Back, Biceps, Rear Delts)
DAY 3 β LEGS
(Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves)
DAY 4 β Rest day
DAY 5 β FULL BODY STRENGTH ENDURANCE (COMPOUNDS on Weak Points)
RULES:
β’ Every muscle hit at least twice per week
β’ Weakest muscles get extra attention
β’ Progressive overload tracked every session
β’ Intensity over duration (60-75 mins max)
β’ Same schedule every week (habit beats motivation)
4 days is enough but feel free to change up whatever youβd like to make it YOUR routine!
Some weeks Iβll go super HEAVY on legs so Iβll swap my DAY 1 with DAY 3 to allow for enough rest and recovery. Consistency is your goal so do with this as you see fit!
