My name is Suzanna and I am a 200RYT Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor. I started teaching yoga because my husband is a fully disabled Iraq war veteran and I was just looking for a way to help him deal with his chronic pain. Along the way I fell in love with yoga and the physical and mental benefits of the practice. I currently teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Restorative and yin, prenatal, and beginne
