One of my favorite summer traditions is here again. Join me for an afternoon of music, movement, ocean air, laughter, and community at beautiful Long Sands Beach in York, Maine.

We only have TWO Zumba® at Long Sands Beach classes left this year:

Sunday, August 16 — 4:00 PM
Sunday, September 13 — 4:00 PM

And the fun doesn’t end when the music stops.

After class, bring your own food and stay for our beach picnic. We sit together in a circle, eat, talk, laugh, relax, and get to know each other beyond the dance floor. That time together has become such a special part of our beach tradition.

Come by yourself, bring a friend, or bring your family. You don’t have to know anyone to join us. Everyone is welcome.

For many years, I wasn’t able to celebrate my birthday on the dance floor because I was usually in Orlando for the Zumba® Convention. That is why celebrating yesterday with all of you meant so much to me. 💜

Being able to dance Zumba®, share CIRCL Mobility™, see your smiles, and hug so many wonderful people was truly the best gift I could have received.

Thank you with all my heart for every call, text, message, gift, hug, and birthday wish. I felt so loved and so grateful. Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that the most meaningful celebrations are simply being together, doing what we love, and sharing joy.
