Today we are honored to host Coffee Cares and their 4th Annual Golf Classic as they raise money to help with medical debt here in Coffee County. We are excited that just today they have raised more than $30,000 for this amazing cause. Thank you to everyone who has contributed!

Did you know that during World War II, Augusta National shut down its fairways to support the war effort as a livestock ranch?

While grazing 200 cattle and 1,000+ turkeys sounded like a great idea, the animals ended up devouring the course’s iconic azaleas and tree bark! It took a lot of hard work to restore the grounds back to the pristine course we know and love today.
