Just a reminder that the dojo will be closed on Monday May 25th for Memorial weekend !!! Please be safe and enjoy this nice long weekend !!!

Reminder that Saturday morning we start at 9:15 and starting next Monday kids start at 6:00. This is by request, so I hope to see everyone there. This should make it easier for everyone to be there with less traffic.

For the new Saturday morning classes at the Training Station, we'll start at 9:15 instead of 9:40.

To all my students past and present, parents and friends. Over the past 20 years I've had the privilege to help and serve you, your children and your grand children. I want to thank you for letting me be part of your village.

The time has come to pass the reins, where the student becomes the teacher. Sensei Trinidad has become that teacher. She has been with me for 13 years and is an amazing woman and martial artist.

Please support her in being the awesome teacher she is. She will be the main instructor for our classes as I move into retirement from the business of martial arts.

We have the rare privilege of a wonderful martial artist master Terry Dow for letting us have space with him so Sensei Trinidad can continue her craft.

Our children's classes will be held at The Training Station, Mon & Wed at 5:15
Our adult classes same days at 7 as usual.

Looking forward to a new journey for all of us.

Step 1. Go build a snow man
Step 2. Practice your side kicks on your snow man
Step 3. Build a hill and practice your rolls down the hill
Step 4. Have some hot cocoa and call it a day!!
