We were honored to welcome Miss New Hampshire, Lauren Plank, to Executive Health & Sports Center!

It was a pleasure giving Lauren a tour of the club, introducing her to our incredible team, checking out a Pilates Reformer class, meeting with our trainers, and even stopping by to say hello to our amazing summer campers.

We're excited to welcome Lauren to the Executive family and are proud to extend a membership to her. We can't wait to have her as part of our community and look forward to seeing her around the club. Welcome, Lauren!

When you sign up for Summer Swim Lessons at Executive Health & Sports Center, you'll receive a complimentary half-day Outdoor Pool Pass to enjoy before or after your lesson.

Spend even more time making memories at our outdoor pool, splash pad, and Tiki Bar. It's the perfect way to turn swim lesson day into a fun summer outing.

Country Club and Premier Members, don't forget to sign up for Summer Swim Lessons.

There's still time to register for tomorrow's session or secure your spot for Session 2 in July. Lessons take place in our outdoor pool and are available exclusively for Country Club and Premier members.

Swim Team at The Executive just got a bit easier for brand new swimmers!

Swimmers can now sign up for TWO or FOUR weeks of Swim Team, making it a great option if they are participating in camps, vacations, or other summer activities. It's also the perfect opportunity to try out the team and see what it's like.

Available weeks are June 22, June 29, July 6, July 14, and July 20.

Celebrate Father's Day with us at our upcoming Father's Day Craft!

Join us on Friday, June 19 from 9:30–11:30 AM in the Childcare Room as kids create a special handmade gift for Dad, Grandpa, or another important father figure in their lives.

Members and non-members are welcome to attend. We hope you'll join us for a fun morning of creativity and making memories!
