🌟 Student of the Month 🌟
Our Student of the Month, the amazing Adase, first tried aerial after her sister recommended it as a fun way to exercise. Her favorite apparatus is Lyra!
She fell in love with K**a Fl because everyone has been so kind and welcoming. 💜
Aerial fitness has helped her become healthier and learn safe, effective ways to work out.

✨NEW CLASS COMING SOON✨
Exciting news- Toni & Becca just received their Zumba Certification! They will both be working hard these next 2-3 months to finalize skills, routines, playlists and practicing with each other to further their knowledge. In the meantime look out for polls about class days/times, special class packages for Zumba, and FREE tester classes to try it out, and help us learn! 🩷✨
We are so excited to offer another form of fitness to our schedule. Let us know if you are excited too :)
