I look at the pictures on the left, and my heart hurts a little. On the left I was unhappy, frustrated, disappointed, angry, lost, stuck, self conscious, confused, ashamed, exhausted. And while my clothes still fit, I ended up wearing the same few things, because I didnโ€™t like the way I looked in all my clothes.

All I could see was the person I didnโ€™t want to be, not the person I wanted to be. I wanted to get back to taking charge, getting sh*t done. I wanted that feeling of pride back. I was getting stuff done, thereโ€™s no way a business moves forward without getting stuff done, but I wasnโ€™t getting sh*t done the way I wanted, and was capable of being.

I was tired of staying in my feelings of disappointment, guilt and having no self confidence. I decided to make a change, for me, to be the woman I know I am, and get sh*t done.

So I put our programs to work. I assigned myself one of our meal plans, assigned myself one of our training programs. I prioritized my habits, and making adjustments to my habits, to generate the results I wanted.

I look at the pictures in the right, through 4 weeks; Iโ€™m down 10 pounds, 8+ inches in my body, Iโ€™m happier, my energy is better, my sleep is better, my hair growth is better (over an inch in 4 weeks), and my confidence is better. AND, Iโ€™m not done yet! I still have 8 weeks to go in this phase of my program. However, Iโ€™m proud of where I am at, Iโ€™m taking pride in my work, and Iโ€™m getting sh*t done on a high level. I see what I will still accomplish and Iโ€™m excited to make it happen.

Hello Everyone! At Inspire Strength & Fitness today is Winning Wednesday which we normally share privately among our own community, but today weโ€™re expanding it to include YOU!!

Winning Wednesday is a day that we share a positive Win in our life or something we are grateful for today. I believe positivity and gratitude are contagious as well as extremely impactful in our lives and our environments. During the past several years it has been a goal of mine to make a positive impact in the city I live in as well as in my world, but I believe collectively we can do EVEN MORE!!
