Dakota Star Gymnastics Est. Oct. 18, 1976 We are located at the Midco Gymnasium in the Starion Sports Complex, 111 Old Red Trail NE Mandan!

It is our mission to provide a gymnastic curriculum which enhances awareness, hand- eye coordination, flexibility, strength, self-confidence, and a positive self image, in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for the youth in our community. We offer preschool classes for children 18 months to 4 years, "Little Stars" and "Stars" Program for girls ages 5-18, a "Fun Fitness" Program for boys ages 5+, and competitive Team programs for girls ages 6 to 18. DSG is also the home of the Mandan High School Braves Varsity gymnastics program for girls in grades 7-12.
