A wonderful afternoon of learning, connection, and community at our Lifestyle Medicine Lunch & Learn!

Our Friday Night Pop-Up Series begins 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵!

Join us on the pool deck from 𝟱:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 - 𝟳:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 and enjoy live music from Bryan Umphy. Pelican Cafe will have a custom menu for the night as well!

𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆!

𝗦𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝘁! 🌙✨

The kids had the best time hanging out, playing games, face painting, and enjoying a fun night with friends while parents got a well-deserved night out. Thank you to everyone who joined us for our June Date Night!

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁!

We’ll be open for our normal 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, 𝟳:𝟬𝟬𝗮𝗺–𝟳:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺, with our Saturday class schedule running as planned, with only a few minor holiday adjustments.

Childcare will be available from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬𝗮𝗺–𝟭:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺.

Thank you to everyone who came out this past weekend for our annual Popsicle Party with !

The weather had us guessing all day, but luckily it held out just long enough for us to enjoy a great morning by the pool with our members and families. We had the best time, and we’re so thankful for everyone who joined us!

This 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 (𝟱:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 - 𝟳:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺), kicks off our Friday Night Pop-Up Series! Come hang out on the pool deck, enjoy live music from our favorite , and start the weekend right with us.
