This series is amazing for opening the waist, improving spinal mobility, and building deep core strength.
It’s not about how far you go, it’s about how much control you have getting there.
Think:
• Length before depth
• Control on the way up (not just down)
• Breath guiding the movement

Day 2 of January and my obliques are already drafting a formal complaint.
1️⃣ Moving arm raises
2️⃣ Holding triceps
3️⃣ Single leg table top
4️⃣ Single arm sweep
5️⃣ Twisted hug a tree
6️⃣ Single arm punch and reach
7️⃣ Moving twist and press
All done on one blue spring. Ball behind low back. I’m using 3lb weights here but completely optional!

One of my favorite series to ground in before the new year. 🔥
1️⃣ Hinging bridge with chest fly
2️⃣ Calf raise with serratus press
3️⃣ Skull crusher with hinging bridge
4️⃣ Leg extension with supine arm press (goalpost)
All done on one blue spring. Ball between legs. Pulses all in between there of course!
