Here’s some of my favorite stretches using the Swedish Ladder. 1. Horizontal Hang. Feet hip width apart. Hold bar at bellybutton height. Just let your hips fall away, releasing all your weight to feel the stretch first in your arms and shoulders. Then elongate your spine to straighten the back and push away with your legs. End by rotating the feet out and squatting down for inner groin and hip stretch. For more descriptions see link in bio.

I hate the phrase “crack the code” for whatever.
It’s just another way to sell people on the idea that there’s a miracle pill that will fix you, or you just have to do this one thing to succeed. People have been looking for the “fountain of youth” for eons, as well as for instant enlightenment. Neither of these exist.
But that fact doesn’t stop people from trying to make money off of the millions of others who want an easy answer.
There simply is no substitute for hard work, consistency, and mindful dedication. There’s no one best exercise; one superfood; one best occupation. The open mindset approach to life relieves you from the inevitable disappointment that comes from believing in contrived ideas. Having an open mind involves questioning your own ideas and listening to other perspectives and ideas. It also involves being honest with yourself and others, and being willing to learn.
Let’s all be grateful for the life we’ve been given, and for the wisdom we’ve gained from experiences and others.
