Gentle Flow - 55min
in this gentle vinyasa style class, we start off with a breathing and grounding exercise, which moves into a gentle vinyasa flow with focus on hip stretches and exploring an accessible version of sun salutations. We'll end class with a 10 minute body scan.
**If your legs get stuck in the transition from moving from downward facing dog to low lunge in sun salutations, or if you like more hip-focused vinyasa, this is might be a good variation to try.

Full Body Flow: In this class, I talk a little bit about the 8 limbs of yoga, and we'll focus on 4 of them for this 45 minute practice. Get ready to breath, move, and meditate. (Oh, and we'll do some core work!)
