Finally!
Celebrating the rain. 🙌🌧️
Edamame pasta with shrimps and an obscene amount of garlic + chopped parsley 🧛♀️🤤
“Does the cloud drop forth her rain?
And is the rain return’d again
To heaven, or does it fall in showers
For the thirsty earth in summer’s hours,
That the ground may teem with life?”
— “The book of Thel” by William Blake

The corporate world talks endlessly about performance and leadership.
Almost nobody talks about the biology required to sustain them.
The brain that must think clearly under pressure all day cannot function properly when:
• blood sugar is unstable
• sleep is compromised
• cortisol is chronically elevated
• the gut–brain axis is inflamed
This is why many brilliant professionals feel exhausted, reactive, or mentally foggy despite their discipline.
Performance is not only psychological.
It is biological infrastructure.

High performers rarely burn out because they work too much.
They burn out because their biology is depleted while their responsibility keeps increasing.
The brain that must make strategic decisions all day is often running on:
• poor sleep
• blood sugar crashes
• gut inflammation
• chronic cortisol activation
This is not a motivation issue.
It’s neurobiology.
Your performance will always be capped by the state of your nervous system, metabolism, and brain chemistry.
Leadership requires biological capacity, not just discipline.

Today many people will speak about women’s empowerment.
But rights and progress didn’t appear out of nowhere.
They exist because generations of women before us questioned the roles they were expected to accept.
My reflection today is simple:
The real transformation of a society doesn’t begin in politics or slogans.
It begins in the mind of a mother.
The beliefs she questions.
The awareness she develops.
The example she sets.
That is where the next generation learns what equality, respect, and responsibility truly look like.
Today I’m grateful for the women who fought before us.
And even more grateful to have the privilege of being a main actor in this change—as a mother raising two boys and a girl who understand that the future is built through awareness, not division and hatred.
I take this RESPONSIBILITY very seriously.

Just to be clear, this is not a cliché “self-love” carousel.
It’s a “be brave enough to do your inner work” carousel.
Your happiness does not lie in anyone on this planet.
It lies within you.
Whatever need you may have, trust that you are fully capable of meeting it yourself.
Being in a relationship is an option.
And you have the power to decide when that happens…
and who has the honor of stepping into your world.
Happy Valentine’s Day ♥️
