Lavada has been teaching at C5Y for over a year now! We have watched her blossom into a fantastic teacher. Her classes are fun and full of good tunes. She will be leading early morning express flow twice a week this fall! Tuesday and Thursday 6:30am. Get your yoga in before work and win the day!

Kelly brings her calming, healing energy as a massage therapist into every class she teaches. Her classes are the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and a little extra care for your body.

You can catch Kelly for Slow Flow on Mondays at 7:45 PM and Mixed Flow on Wednesdays at 9:00 AM.

And if you haven’t experienced one of her monthly sound bath sessions yet… you are definitely missing out.
