1. High leveraged set up

2. Proper core bracing utilizing efficient abdominopelvic mechanics

3. Creating tension & driving through the ground instead of tugging at the load

4. Maintaining steps 1-3 via nasal breathing

Shaking is part of the re-conditioning process. Getting the body back into its natural locomotion patterns elicits a shaking response.

The quicker you get into a “shaking” state the quicker your body can re-structure (over time), the closer you’ll be to seeing results.

ASYMMETRICAL HIP SHIFT SOLVED

Left Side Laying Knee to Knee!

When thinking about optimizing hinging movements (i.e. squats, deadlifts, etc.) we need our left inner thigh and right butt to be active!

Save this and try it out before you squat or deadlift.
