This upcoming 2025 year marks 10 years i have been in this game.

😅 got caught slippin’ but nonetheless teaching the flawless ex*****on of a staggered stance DL
1. High leveraged set up
2. Proper core bracing utilizing efficient abdominopelvic mechanics
3. Creating tension & driving through the ground instead of tugging at the load
4. Maintaining steps 1-3 via nasal breathing

ASYMMETRICAL HIP SHIFT SOLVED
One of the reasons why you’re not progressing in the gym is because your body is out order.
Misalignment leads to improper movement patterns which can cause 1 of 2 things (or both of them):
1. Training plateaus
2. Injury
