Learfield College Rodeo and the PBR have partnered to bring the first ever Collegiate All Star Rodeo this summer, July 10th to Colorado State University. This rodeo will be held in the Colorado State University football stadium in a head to head, tournament style format. Congrats to Karsyn Fuschs who was drafted and will represent K-State on the South Team in the goat tying event during the competition.

K-State Rodeo would like to welcome Ava Brighton from Sand Creek High School, Adrian, Michigan, to the incoming freshmen class of 2026-2027 at K-State. Ava will compete in the barrel racing and will join her sister Emma who is also a member of the team.

K-State Rodeo would like to welcome Wade Martin, Dexter, KS High School to the incoming freshmen class of 2026-2027. Wade will compete in team roping and major in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management.

K-State Rodeo would like to welcome Callie Olson from Crofton, NE High School to the incoming class of 2026-2027 at K-State University. Callie will compete in the goat tying and team roping and will pursue a degree in Architecture.

We are beyond proud of our girl Kasey Carr for winning the 2026 All Around Cowgirl saddle at the OPSU Rodeo this weekend!

First round she was a 2.6 in the breakaway and 17.25 in the barrels. Second round she was a 17.28 in the barrels and a 4.5 in the breakaway.
