We would like to remember Phil Howe, a banker, oil executive and philanthropist. He was the man who helped start this race.

Howe, 92, was a Manhattan native and lifelong K-State Wildcat.

Who's yer paddy? It's race week for the 46th running of the MHK Saint Patrick's Day Road Race. Kick off St. Patrick's Day celebrations in the 'Ville with a time-honored MHK tradition! There's fun for everyone! The weather will be a beautiful 50+ at the start of the 2 mile, which is the perfect temperature to turn in a mighty fast time!
