11.03.2024 My 4th TCS NYC Marathon
NYCM cheering squad always get better and better. I slowed down, looked both sides of the streets and kept smiling, soaked in the moment of the electric energy on the streets 🥳🥳. It was my running blocks party🎉🥳
Trust your training is what I got from this race. My fitness level is getting better. Time is not the goal for this NYCM 2024. I ran 1 minutes faster from last year but I felt amazing after the race. I made many stops for photos with friends and family, Posted IG story during the race. It was about Fun, Family and Friends 😊😇.

The last turn to Central Park, I was so relieved from worrying about my ankle pain from Berlin Marathon last month. There was no symptom the whole race. Million Thanks to Coach at MotivNY.

Thank you Coach . You have built me to be a Strong Marathoner both physical and mental.
Thank you to NYC running community and friends to keep me moving forward.
Thank you to my better half always support me, proud of me and let me be a happy crazy runner.
Thank you all amazing cheering squad. You made the NYC marathon the best race on the planet.

Magnificent. Another beautiful major in the books. Huge congrats to everyone who threw down and gave it their all in Chicago yesterday. And a massive thank you to all who came through our pop-up over the weekend. We appreciate every single one of you 🫶
