Fire, the Transformer.
This week’s yoga theme has been Fire. It’s incredible how effective yoga practice can be— it is my medicine. After a sluggish week, physically and energetically, and making it to the studio every day, today’s practice finally worked out all the kinks. I’m super grateful to be able to work from home, light a candle, watch the snow fall (or melt) on the branches through my window. The sun is always shining, sometimes it is just obscured from where we sit now!
