292 women's college wrestling programs and counting ‼️
The growth of women's wrestling is creating something incredibly valuable for employers: access to a rapidly growing pool of tough, disciplined, strong-willed women who know how to lead. Women wrestlers have spent years learning how to do TOUGH things. They’ve learned how to perform at a high level under extreme pressure and durress, accept coaching, respond to adversity, manage demanding schedules, and continue showing up when things get tough.
These traits translate into the workforce.
As women’s wrestling continues its historic growth at the high school and collegiate levels, companies have an opportunity to get access to this talent right now. On October 1 from 5–9 PM ET, employers participating in the World’s Largest Wrestling Virtual Career Fair will have direct access to wrestlers looking for:
