EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Kathy has been working at BCA for 5 years! "I enjoy coming to work, meeting new people and learning new ways to build a bicycle. It has been a great experience this far", Kathy says about the best part of working at BCA. She also thinks BCA is a great job opportunity for people in Clarendon County. Outside of work, Kathy loves to sing and cook.
EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Odie has been working at BCA for about 2 years! He works on the assembly line, handing frames on the crank line, as well as assembling cranks, brakes, and pedals on the bikes. The best part of working at BCA? "I like working with the people and being around a fun atmosphere." In his free time, Odie likes to go fishing and play basketball.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Steven has been working at BCA for a little over 3 years! He works in the maintenance department. "I do a lot of troubleshooting and fixing a variety of things. I help achieve many project goals", he says.
His favorite BCA Bicycles are the Margaritaville bikes.
Outside of work, Steven coaches little league baseball and enjoys spending time with his family.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Doris has been working at BCA for about 2 years. She works in the custodial/maintenance department making sure that the facility is kept clean.
What does she think about BCA's plan to bring bicycle production back to the USA? Doris says, "I'm loving it! It's the best thing that has happened to me."
The best part of working at BCA? Doris loves her co-workers, the management team, and "most of all, I love the morning exercises", she says.

Marietta has been working at BCA for over 3.5 years! She works as an assembler, assembling specialty bicycles and helping out on the assembly line as needed.
What does he think about BCA's plan to bring bicycle production back to the USA? Marietta says, "Bringing production back to the USA is a great idea! It gives opportunity to others especially high school graduates."
Outside of work, Marietta loves to sing, play softball, and spend time with her grandchildren.

Walmart sells a lot of bicycle brands, but only one operates its production in the United States. Bicycle Corporation of America is the only supplier of U.S. produced bicycles to Walmart's 4,000 stores across the country, and their operations are set up right next door in Manning. We rode over to the Clarendon County manufacturer to see how they keep things rolling.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Charles has been working at BCA for about 16 months, he works as a zone lead. "I make sure the assemblers are doing there job properly," says Charles. When asked about the best part of working at BCA, Charles said, " I love being around different people"! When not at work, Charles loves to make music as well as spend time with his family and go to the movies.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Brittany has been working at BCA for about 7 months. "I work on the paint and decal line. I normally check chemicals for the tank so the bikes can get cleaned. I also decal and label bikes," says Brittany. Her favorite BCA Bicycle? The Men's SC29. Outside of work, Brittany loves to spend time with her family and also enjoys exercising, and playing basketball & volleyball.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! Jennell has been working at BCA for about 4 years in the Quality department. Jennell checks to make sure that all bicycles are assembled properly. "I inspect to make sure the assemblers have the correct parts and wheels are in great condition."
What's the best part of working at BCA? Jennell says, "BCA allowed me to push myself to do something I didn’t think I was capable of doing. Now, I can put a bike together with no issues."
Outside of work, Jennell loves to spend quality time with her family.

Throwback to our Bike to Work Day in May!
Employee Spotlight! Levi has been working at BCA for about 9 months in the Maintenance Department. "It’s a pretty glamorous job that includes keeping the line running, building ground maintenance and unscheduled maintenance such as breakdowns and stoppage," says Levi. "I love being a part of the maintenance crew. My co-workers also make it fun to come to work." Levi is married with two kids. He loves to take his son fishing. He also coaches a soccer and baseball little league team.

Jonathan has been working at BCA since September, 2017. He works as a Warehouse Lead. "My job involves leading people in the right direction. I keep track of inventory and tools on a daily basis. I also help out wherever is needed." Jonathan says, "The best part of working at BCA is building camaraderie relationships with employees." Outside of work, Jonathan loves spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys playing pool and loves poetry.

Kadeem has been working with BCA for about 6 months. He works in the warehouse, making sure he accomplishes all tasks that needs to be done in the warehouse and on the production floor.
What does he think about BCA's plan to bring bicycle production back to the USA? Kadeem says, "I think it’s a great idea! It gives people an opportunity to build great bikes". His favorite BCA bicycle is the Men's SC29.
Kadeem says, "The best part about working at BCA is the people are really good to you."
Outside of work, Kadeem loves playing basketball and spending time with his family. He is also a photographer- "I love to capture special moments."

"I purchased a bicycle for my granddaughter and was delighted to see the assembled in USA decal on the bike. I explained to her how important manufacturing jobs are to our nation. We had a beautiful 6 mile ride on the local Freeport Pa to Butler Pa rails to trails . The bike rode wonderful and I am impressed with the quality for the affordable price."
