BQ is finished eating DQ. 265 lbs is where we started. His dedication and commitment are UNRIVALED. Watch him shed to 238 this month so we can enlist and then 215 before summer ends. 2 a days and a 6 hour eating window will get Big Ben right. We are honored to help Ben prepare to serve our country. BIG DEAN AND THE BOYS. They train together daily and the improvement in our young marine recruits is phenomenal. They will be primed to take on USMC boot camp. We are honored to be a part of their preparation.

WE EAT BIG and we lift big. So many young lifters never understand why they can’t grow. It’s an easy solution, more food. Here at Lift 4 Life we call this “man mash”. The staples of this meal are beef, rice, beans and eggs. Sometimes we get creative and add a few sides but the core is the same. Don’t be scared of man mash, or as fit calls it “get swoll casserole”. Call it whatever you want to, just eat it.
