Mansfield St Peter's Boy Scout Troop 121

St. Peter’s Parish has been honored as Charter Partner of the Year by the Johnny Appleseed Trail District (JATD), recognizing 75 years of chartering Boy Scouting America programs that help form youth in faith, leadership, character, and outdoor adventure.

The award was presented by Buckeye Council at the Eagle Scout & Volunteer Recognition Dinner on March 12, where our Scoutmaster, Donovan O’Neil was also recognized as Outstanding Leader of the Year. Representing the parish and accepting the award were Father Miller, along with our Troop Committee Chair, Scoutmaster, Advancement Chair, and committee members.

This prestigious honor highlights our parish’s long-standing commitment to guiding young people through faith‑centered experiences, leadership, and service. We extend heartfelt gratitude to all clergy, volunteers, families, and Scouts—past and present—who made this milestone possible.
