Acura4Now, formerly Mopar4Life are temporarily giving a Honda product a shot in ChampCar.
The Mopar 4 Life team came together in 2010 as a group of Mopar and motorsports enthusiasts. They built the team’s first car, the #4 1997 Dodge Neon for use in the Chump Car World Series. Over the past 6 years the team has proven to be one of the most successful teams in the budget endurance racing series. Well it wasn’t an easy 14hrs, with a shift selector failure and then some misfire issues, dropping us down to the mid 50’s while we made repairs but when we rejoined we were able to climb back up over the last few hours, managing to finish 27th overall, and 3rd in class. This car was so much fun to drive on this track!

The 14 Hours of Daytona has begun, with ~133 cars taking the green at 9am, the Acura4Now entry started around 110th (random draw). Thanks to our partners Perry Performance and Competition, Synoptic Tuning, Sibbitt Motorsports for helping get us ready for today.

Flat Rate!! Hustle boys, get that engine out to fix the rear main seal before tech! Slight leak developed during the 2200km tow, fixing it now so it doesn’t ruin the race tomorrow!
