Reminder we are closed today july 6 and tomorrow July 7.

We will be closed Monday and Tuesday. July 6th and 7th. Anyone having class on those days please come on Wednesday or Thursday.

Just a friendly reminder. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. we will open doors at 5:00 p.m. if nobody shows by 5:15 we will leave. If you are running late please message Ms Kelly or Sensei or call one of them. So that we can stick around to wait for you.
With the hot weather we take extra breaks and the freezer is full of popsicles.

Kayla on her way in September to Austria for the WMAC World Championships! She will be competing on Team USA. She also currently holds the title with Ohio Kickboxing Promotions! Help show your support for this awesome young lady .
