Don’t over think it.
When eating always think PROTEIN FIRST.
Then add in fats and sprinkle a little carbs.
One of my go to easy meals:
Grass fed 93/7 beef
Jasmine rice
Guacamole 🥑
Little queso 🧀
Pico 🍅
Lettuce 🥬
If you always keep protein in mind when eating, you shouldn’t be overeating carbs. Tracking macros helps a lot too. Most just don’t understand portions and that’s okay. I’m here to help!

I truly LOVE what I do. I also LOVE teaching group X. Right now I work at the Mansfield YMCA & Cooper YMCA.

If you struggle to “wine down” in the evenings, I highly recommend this. It’s great hot or cold and the taste is amazing!

It has become a nighttime staple for me. I really do feel the difference if I do not take it, I take longer to fall asleep at night and have less deep sleep.

As much as your work in the gym matters, so does recovery and SLEEP 😴

Super calm- loaded with magnesium, l-theanine, ashwagandha and more.
Tart cherry juice- the true antioxidants that you need, not the 🍷
Mix they up with some water and ice and you have yourself a little delicious drink 😊

Let’s talk ✨MOTIVATION✨

Motivation is a temporary feeling of wanting to do something. It’s great when it gives you that extra push to do something you know you should do, and you’re on the brink of getting it done.

What is is not is something one should rely on day in and day out to get you to your goals. Trust me, when it comes to fitness I rarely have motivation. But, when I do the things I love it pushes me to keep going and to be stronger ❤️ Find workouts that make you happy, that you enjoy! Working out should not be mundane and dreaded. You should be excited and ready to go! Also please remember your rest days! They are crucial!

Motivation alone will not get you to your goals. Please know that your mind is stronger than the power of motivation. If you want it bad enough your determination will get you there ❤️

💥YOUNGSTOWN!! 💥 I will be hosting clinics and they are open to everyone! Not just members! These clinics will help you learn a lot for a minimal fee ☺️
- How to squat properly with both dumbbells and a barbell
-What muscles your core is made up of and how to engage and work them all
- How to deadlift properly; both Romainian and American style
-How to sustain fitness & nutrition in your life long term
You can call the JCC or come in to sign up for the clinics!
Each clinic will be broken down into 2 parts. The speaking part where I will explain the information and then also the part where I take everyone through and make sure you are doing the exercise that I taught correctly.
