White Horse Fitness White Horse Fitness is not your ordinary gym. We have FUN with high-intensity workouts that are constantly varied. White Horse Fitness (Revelation 19:11).

We do not have members or clients, we have athletes. Whether young or old, elite athlete or new beginner everyone is considered an athlete at White Horse Fitness. We believe to increase overall fitness and to be the best athlete you can be, your strength and conditioning program should be constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity.
