Prepping gear, organizing tackle, re-lining reels, changing oils, servicing truck and boat, packing camper, and copious amounts of map and satellite reconnaissance…. Can’t wait for season finale!

Very rarely these days do businesses exceed expectations. Today was that day. The folks at Hindsman & Son in Russellville, AR knocked it out of the park.

Thanks to the most excellent interstate conditions in southwestern New York and Ohio I experienced a tire failure while here at Lake Dardanelle.

Though challenged with an honest mistake in ordering over the weekend coupled with both a power outage and an equipment failure earlier today - these two gentlemen were spot-on in client service.

I personally watched Aaron Davis interact with multiple clients throughout the day with kindness, patience and professionalism that is seldom experienced in these modern times.

To cap my experience off, Brian Rickards went out of his way to ensure I was made whole for the mistake and for the time spent waiting.

If you are in or around Russellville, AR or Lake Dardanelle and need tires, alignment, or general automotive support Hindsman & Son will take great care of you.
