The easiest on the go meal!!

When I used to do in home personal training, I was basically living all day out of my car and this was one of my go to meals ✔️

I think one of the biggest mistakes people make that hold them back from maintaining a physique they love is that the second the goal isn’t dieting, they no longer at intentional about planning out meals. I had a full weekend ahead of me of eating out - I knew this - so why would I not make one last meal heading out before my trip a great one if I can control it?!

Idk why I even bring the stroller tbh 😆

Where I go wrong is letting him out on our walks to explore for a bit.. there’s a zero percent chance he goes back in the stroller after that point LOL the things we do for our babies!!! 🫶🏻

Me 🤝 anchor habits everywhere I gooooo

I’m not saying vacation has to look the same as life at home.. it shouldn’t. Eat the dessert. Sleep in. Skip the gym if you want!!!
But having a few anchor habits that come with you everywhere is the secret to not feeling like a giant sack of potatoes every time you get back from a trip or celebrate a holiday 😝

Your vacation habits shouldn’t be the complete opposite of your everyday habits. Are you likely going to be a lot more lax? I hope so! But find your anchors, and hold them tight!!!

Not our typical weekend workout together you know we’re still scheduling in our time to move our bodies in between all the fun 😆 We kicked off the weekend with this full body strength workout!

Workout details:
4 rounds / 12 reps each

1A. Deadlift
1B. Push ups

2A. Goblet squat
2B. Inverted row

3A. Overhead press
3B. Reverse lunges

4A. Hanging leg raises
4B. DB plank pull through
