Can we take a second to appreciate this lineup?! 🤩🎶

One of my favorite parts about Wednesday night sunset yoga at Town Green is the unexpected bonus of getting to flow while listening to live music from Mick Sterling’s Grooves & Foods concert across the pond and every week brings a different soundtrack.

I don’t know about you, but yoga with a live music in the background is pretty hard to beat. Grab your mat (or beach towel) and invite a friend! Can’t wait see you this Wednesday! 🧘‍♀️🌅💕
