These past 11 Wednesdays have been magical together ✨ thank you for showing up, for being apart of this, and for making space for a little yoga class every week this summer.

This has been so fun for me to watch these videos back every night to hear what you all have to say! Thank you for not only showing up but for also telling me why you did - it’s huge to be open and honest and to allow others to relate to your reasons.
