Hey Title Fam,

We would like to welcome Megan to the team. She started her Boxing Training to learn self-defense, as well as build confidence. She is now bringing her love for training to coaching. Make sure to come check her out on Wednesday, Thursday and Sundays.

Hey Title Fam!!! We're very excited to announce some special classes coming up and being added to our schedule!! Sign up by DM or in club!!!

🥊Boxing Technique Class, Wed. August 16th at 6:45pm. Whether you're a beginner trying to learn more or a veteran wanting to brush up, this technique class will make sure your skills are staying sharp!!

🥋Kickboxing Technique Class, Wed. August 9th at 6:45pm. Learn how to strike using Kicks, Knees, and even Elbows! We'll be slowing down our normal class flow to focus on proper form!

💪Group Strength Training, Tues. & Thus. at 4:30pm starting August 8th and 10th. Come learn how to safely use and utilize strength equipment for boxing. As well as, completing a killer circuit style workout!!
