Join us for our Women’s Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday, August 15 from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

This beginner-friendly seminar is designed to help women build confidence, learn practical self-defense techniques, and develop skills that can be applied in real-world situations - all in a safe, supportive environment led by our certified instructors.

💜 Suggested donation: $35
All proceeds will benefit Vine Maple Place, supporting women and families in our local community.

No martial arts experience is necessary! Just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to learn.

A donation link will be shared soon. Cash donations will also be accepted at the event.

If your daughter is attending college this summer she should be attending our Women’s Self-Defense Seminar this Saturday, August 15, from 10 AM–1 PM!

This beginner-friendly seminar is a great opportunity to learn practical self-defense skills, build confidence, and develop quick decision-making skills under pressure - all in a safe, supportive environment with our experienced instructors.

$35 suggested donation, with all proceeds benefiting Vine Maple Place, a local organization supporting women and families.

No experience necessary. Cash donations will be accepted at the event.

There’s a method to the madness! These drills keep our students moving, reacting, thinking on their feet, and learning how to adapt when they don’t know exactly what’s coming next.

It just happens to look a little questionable out of context.
