Your $30 ticket includes a yoga session led by Ena of Yoga Keys and a refreshing mimosa afterward, all while supporting the animals in our care.

The event will be held in the airport hangar facing US-1—please enter through the hangar door directly beneath the “Million Air” lettering. Please bring your own yoga mat, as only a limited number of extra mats will be available. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our Community Yoga & Sound Healing class is usually held every Saturday at 9:00 AM. We provide yoga mats, towels, and bottled water for every guest, and free parking is available.

We have some great news to share: we are back at the Yoga Keys location.

Next Community Yoga & Sound Healing will take place tomorrow (June 6th) at Yoga Keys.

Every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. we practice a gentle Community Yoga & Sound Healing practice at Yoga Keys and You are warmly welcome to join us. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, we invite you to come as you are and share this special time with us.

Together, we gather to nurture the body, calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and enjoy the healing power of movement, breath, stillness, and sound. This practice is offered in the spirit of community, connection, and well being, creating a space where neighbors, friends, visitors, and all who feel called are welcome to practice together.

Our 90-minute gathering begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 10:30 a.m. We encourage you to arrive around 8:45 a.m. to settle in, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and connect with the community before practice begins.

Yoga mats, towels, and bottled water are available for your comfort. Free parking is provided, and you will be welcomed at the gate upon arrival.

Nestled in a beautiful waterfront sanctuary in the Florida Keys, Yoga Keys offers a peaceful setting to reconnect with yourself, nature, and the supportive energy of community.

Community Yoga & Sound Healing is typically held every Saturday. Occasionally, when we are away, gatherings may not take place, so please check our website and social media pages for the latest schedule updates before attending.
