In its inaugural year, The Fall Classic will bring together top sailors from across Marblehead’s one-design fleets and yacht clubs for a one-day series.

To provide the most even platform possible, an evenly matched fleet of Harbor Sonars will be used, ensuring that sailing skill and tactics put sailors at the front of the fleet.

Spectators are welcome to watch the racing on Saturday, September 19, with the first gun at 11:00 AM, as close to the harbor mouth as possible.

SECOND IN THE WORLD! 🥈🌎⛵️

An incredible finish for the Corinthian Yacht Club at the 2026 Team Racing World Championship in Stockholm, Sweden!

After four days of racing, August 13–16, the C*C team advanced to the championship final and finished 2nd in the world!

Some regattas are memorable because of the competition. Others because of the boats. And then there are weekends when everything comes together: the boats, the sailors, the weather, the racing, and the setting. The 2026 Corinthian Classic Yacht Regatta was one of those weekends.

Over two days of moderate breeze, flat seas, and an extraordinary fleet of yachts, the weekend delivered a true celebration of classic sailing.

The competition was fierce right down to the wire. The 118-year-old William Fife III gaff cutter VIOLA made a stunning debut, taking first in the Vintage Division.

Intrepid took first in a thrilling tie-breaker with Africa B-Squad in the Modern Classic Division.

Mistoffolees topped the Spirit of Tradition Division edging out C*C’s Stuart Tubs in “Glide”, while Viking squeaked out the win in the International One Design fleet.

Thank you to all the owners, skippers, crews, and race committee members who made this extraordinary weekend possible. The Corinthian Classic Yacht Regatta once again proved why it is a crown jewel of the Corinthian Yacht Club.
