AND ARE MOVING THE RESPOSIBILTIY OF THE ITEM ON THE NFFR TO THE TRANSFER LOCATION...... We have no problem selling on a 4473... but beware for online out of state sales if they ship it on a form3 we will be doing a form 4.

Federal law says no system of registration of fi****ms, fi****ms owners, or fi****ms transactions may be established.

ATF just put a number on its dealer records archive in a letter to Congress. It has ten digits.

Woah. The DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel just issued an opinion that the federal handgun purchase ban is unconstitutional!

Very hopeful sign here.

This is the first time any part of DOJ has taken a position on whether the federal 18-20 handgun purchase ban is constitutional. They've never said it either way.

If that's where the Department is landing, it matters for the next challenge that reaches SCOTUS, and for how ATF enforces the ban in the meantime.

We don't know yet what they'll do with it. But this is the right direction.

In a 2-1 vote, the Fifth Circuit just ruled that the federal ban on direct interstate handgun sales violates the Second Amendment.
