✨ Reiki Share at the Studio ✨
There’s something powerful about coming together in community to give and receive healing.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy practice that supports the body in returning to balance.
It works beyond the physical — calming the nervous system, softening tension, and creating space for deep restoration.
A Reiki Share is a space where practitioners and community members gather to exchange this energy —
to rest, to receive, and to reconnect.
Whether you’re Reiki-trained or simply curious, you’re welcome.
No experience needed — just an openness to receive.
✨ Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. ✨

Less doing. More receiving. 💫

✨ Sunday Reset: Come Back to Simple ✨
So much of what we’re seeking… lives in the basics.
Water to nourish the body.
Rest to restore the mind.
Food that fuels, not depletes.
Movement that feels good in your body.
Breath that brings you back home.
It’s not about doing more —
it’s about tending to what matters, consistently.
When we honor the simple things,
we soften the inner noise… and life begins to flow a little easier.
✨ Less drama. More yoga. More you. ✨

A Thought on the Mind
99.9% of the things you’ve worried about
never actually came to pass.
Let that land for a moment.
What if that’s not accidental?
What if it’s a quiet reminder that the mind isn’t always telling the truth —
that much of what we fear is something we create while trying to protect ourselves?
We imagine worst-case scenarios.
We rehearse outcomes that never arrive.
We brace our bodies for storms that stay in our heads.
And yet…
If the mind is capable of making up stories about how things will go wrong —
isn’t it just as capable of imagining how they might unfold well?
What if peace doesn’t come from controlling the future,
but from loosening our grip on the stories we keep repeating?
You don’t need to fix yourself to deserve ease.
You don’t need certainty to choose trust.
You don’t need to harden to be prepared.
Maybe this year isn’t about getting it right —
but about choosing a gentler narrative as you move forward.
One rooted in presence.
One led by the heart.
One that leaves room for things to turn out better than you imagined.

There are many paths back to ourselves.
Some walk barefoot across continents in prayer.
Some sit in silence, breathing with the ancestors.
And some return home through the body—through warmth, herbs, and deep feminine listening.
Lately, women have been coming to the yoni steam for many reasons.
🌱 Fertility and reconnection
💔 Healing after heartbreak
🌀 Cleansing, release, and reset
✨ Simply remembering themselves again
Yoni steaming is not a trend. It is an ancient practice held by women across cultures—from Africa to Asia to the Caribbean—where medicine women gathered to tend the womb, regulate cycles, release what no longer belongs, and restore balance after life’s initiations.
In a world that teaches us to override the body, this is a return to reverence.
To slowing down.
To warmth instead of force.
To listening instead of fixing.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about creating space for the body to speak.
If you feel called, trust that.
The body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
🤍 Circle is intentionally small.
🌿 All supplies are provided.
👗 Please wear a long skirt or dress, or bring a robe.
If this speaks to you, you already know why.
Those called to gather in community are welcome into Empower Your Flower, ( Feb 8th) our sacred group yoni steam ceremony.
Private sessions are available for women desiring a more intimate experience.

A Walk for Peace
Today marks the beginning of a new year — and something sacred is moving through the world.
These monks are walking 23,000 miles — not for praise, not for recognition, and not for us…
but with us.
They walk so we might remember how to walk together again — in peace, in humility, in shared humanity.
They walk barefoot through cold and heat, through lands unfamiliar, carrying nothing but devotion, presence, and prayer in motion.
And in doing so, they remind us of something we’ve forgotten:
Love is lived.
Compassion is practiced.
Peace is embodied.
So many have forgotten what those words mean.
We’ve become divided, guarded, exhausted.
We scroll past suffering.
We argue over belief while starving for connection.
Some won’t even walk a mile in discomfort for their own communities — yet these monks walk the world, not to be seen, but to serve.
And still… people of all faiths, backgrounds, and beliefs are gathering.
Not because they agree — but because they feel something real.
Watching them is like watching a prayer in motion.
A remembering.
A quiet reckoning of what it means to be human.
This isn’t about religion.
It’s about love.
It’s about humility.
It’s about remembering that peace doesn’t come from being right — it comes from being present.
May we soften.
May we listen.
May we walk toward one another again.
May we become the peace we keep asking the world to give us.
This is what devotion looks like when it’s lived, not preached.
Happy New Year!

You don’t need to fix yourself to be worthy of peace.
You don’t need to become someone else to be held.
So many of us were taught that healing means constant improvement — but sometimes healing is simply allowing yourself to rest inside who you already are.
What if slowing down wasn’t avoidance…
but remembrance?
What if your body already knows the way back to ease — and all you need is a moment of listening?
You’re allowed to soften.
You’re allowed to pause.
You’re allowed to arrive exactly as you are.
✨
If you’ve been craving a space to breathe, reflect, and gently come home to yourself — you’re not alone.
