A little reminder for anyone who needs it… ❤️

Just because you’ve been down for a minute doesn’t mean you’re out.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been trying to figure things out with my body while it’s been changing, and honestly, it hasn’t always been easy. There were days I didn’t feel like myself, days where my energy, motivation, and confidence felt off. But even during that, I never fully gave up on myself. I stayed the course the best I could, even if it looked different than before.

Some days movement looked strong. Some days it looked slow walks, stretching, or simply showing up when I could. And you know what? It all still counts.

We don’t talk enough about the seasons where progress is quieter… where you’re healing, adjusting, rebuilding, or just trying to feel okay again. But those seasons matter too. Sometimes the biggest win is simply not quitting.

I’m finally starting to feel more like myself again, and it reminded me that consistency doesn’t have to be perfect to matter. Keep going. Keep moving in whatever way you can. Slow movement is still movement. Small steps still move you forward.

If you’re in a hard season right now, don’t count yourself out. Your comeback might just be building quietly behind the scenes. 💪❤️

They build discipline.

They build confidence that carries into EVERY part of their life.

So this weekend—show up for yourself.
Even if it’s not perfect.

Meal prep Sundays aren’t always exciting… but they’re always worth it.

Taking a couple hours to prepare my meals sets the tone for my entire week. It keeps me on track, takes away the stress of “what am I going to eat,” and most importantly—it allows me to be intentional about what I’m putting into my body.

This is how I show up for myself.This is how I put my health first.

Because when life gets busy (and it always does), I know I already made the choice to take care of me.

Future me is always grateful for Sunday me. 🤍

There’s something no one really talks about enough… the setbacks.

The seasons where you feel off. Unmotivated. Inflamed. Exhausted. Not like yourself.The times where your body doesn’t respond the way it used to.Where your mind is loud, your energy is low, and you start questioning everything.

I’ve been there recently.

I hit a stretch where I didn’t feel strong. My recovery wasn’t the same. My body felt like it was working against me instead of with me. And mentally? I had to fight to stay grounded in what I know to be true.

But here’s the thing about setbacks…

They are not the end. They are information. They are redirection. They are an invitation to slow down, listen, adjust, and come back stronger — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

My “comeback” didn’t come from going harder.It came from going smarter.From honoring my body.From reconnecting with my why.From giving myself grace while still showing up.

And now? I feel that shift.The energy returning.The strength rebuilding.The confidence rising again.

If you’re in a season where you feel stuck or set back, I want you to know this:

You are not broken, You are not behind, You are not starting over — you’re starting from experience

Sometimes growth looks like pushing.Sometimes it looks like pausing.Both are powerful.

I’m Kristen — a passionate coach who truly loves helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies and their lives.

Even though I’ve been a bit quiet on this page, I want you to know I’m still very much here. I’m still training, still learning, and still deeply committed to supporting women on their fitness and wellness journeys.

At this time, my personal training availability is limited as I focus on giving my current clients the highest level of support and attention. That said, this space will continue to be a place where I share value, encouragement, education, and real-life insight with you.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that peace isn’t just something you stumble upon—it’s something you create. And sometimes, that means changing what you allow into your life.

I used to give so much of my energy to people and situations that didn’t feed my soul. I held onto relationships, commitments, and even versions of myself that no longer fit. And honestly? It drained me.

But stepping back, setting boundaries, and putting myself first wasn’t selfish—it was necessary. I had to work on my inner peace before I could show up as my true, authentic self for others. I had to accept that it’s okay to grow, to change, and to no longer want the things I once did.

Peace isn’t just about quiet moments; it’s about choosing yourself, trusting your path, and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Looking back at my transformation journey since 2011, I realize that the biggest turning point wasn’t just about losing weight—it was about gaining knowledge. At first, I was just trying to find a quick fix, hoping for results that never seemed to last. But once I started to truly educate myself—learning what works for my body and what doesn’t—everything changed.

Understanding nutrition, movement, and balance has been the key to my long-term success. No more yo-yo cycles, no more feeling lost. Just sustainable habits that fit my life and have kept me feeling my best for years.

The truth is, when you take the time to learn and listen to your body, you set yourself up for a lifetime of success. Educating yourself isn’t just a phase; it’s the foundation for lasting change.
