Cardiovascular health is vital to wellness. That’s why at GAB Training and Longevity Athletics we always complete our strength training sessions with a cardiovascular/metabolic finishers to keep those heart and lungs healthy! Checkout the 10 minute EMOM ( every minute on the minute) some of the ladies crushed on Wednesday evening. High knees, jumping jacks, squats and plank jacks. 10-12 reps each round!!!
