Challenge yourself and move your body in new ways! While our iStroll workout follows a similar format for each class (3-4 sets, body weight and dumbbells and cardio bursts), We constantly mix up the moves and instructors so you don’t get “bored” and the workout stays challenging.

Every month we do Mom’s nights out! As mom’s we are always the last to take care of ourselves!

So we put it on the calendar- put dad on duty or call a sitter- swap our out sports bras and top knots and get a little dolled up for a kid free night on the town ** now don’t worry- usually it’s pretty calm- dinner and drinks, paint night or a show- or something along those lines! We’ll have you back in your top knot and leggings in no time.. 😉
