John Aaron Lovett worked hard in his last match yesterday in Witcita, Kansas at the NAIA Men’s National Wreatling Championship meet. He’s a college senior and he has given us many years of excitement and joy watching him work his magic on the mat! Thank you John. We’re very proud of you!

Part Two: With a full tummy of concession food and desperately needing a short nap, I suddenly realized that the energy in the crowd was intensifying as the number of wrestlers dwindled and First Place CHAMPS had begun to emerge! Go Pirates!!! Bring home the loot!!!

Part Two: The morning began early and with much Pirate enthusiasm. Although some matches lasted longer than others, the wrestlers were well matched, the crowd was intense, and the electricity could be felt throughout the arena. And as the morning melted away and lunch descended upon us, we satisfied our hunger with hot dogs and popcorn, while our brave Pirates continued to fight...
