What’s better than singing during yoga? Yoga, singing, AND dancing! Join Julie for this fun filled, all levels extended length class set to the tunes of your favorite country music hits! We’ll be stretching, singing, and line-dancing! Dressing up is encouraged, although we’ll kindly ask you to leave your boots by the door!

On August 15th, Julie will be hosting a free book club in our lobby sitting area from 11am to 12pm. The book that we will be discussing is called ‘𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘊𝘭𝘶𝘣’

Reading the book is not required to attend. Come for community and fun. There will be coffee, mimosas, and an option of light snacks if you choose to bring in a sweet or savory treat. 😊📖📚

Join Douglas Johnson for this special two hour yin yoga and yoga nidra class. $40 per person/$35 monthly and annual members.

Immediately following this class, Douglas will hold a one hour, donation based kirtan session. Join us for one or both! 😁
