The next B!RTHF!T Cobb County F!TNESS Series dates are set!!! Starting Tuesday June 4th at . Class will be held Tuesday & Thursday 10:30am-12pm. There will be 8 classes total.
This class series is designed to bridge the gap and help you move safely, restore your core , build muscle, and find your village. This is a great place to start your movement journey not matter where you are on your journey. Preconception, prenatal or postpartum.

Nourishing your body during pregnancy can look like a lot of things.
#1 is listening to you body
If you need to move …… move , if you need to rest …….. rest.
#2 Get adjusted by a properly trained Perinatal Chiropractor. They will help your nervous system regulate and research shows that chiropractic during pregnancy leads to a more comfortable pregnancy, better birth outcomes and better recovery postpartum.
#3 hydrate 💦
#4 eat nourishing foods
#5 use supportive supplements the prenatal we like is from FULL WELL.
#6 rest when you need to……
#7 set up a postpartum plan.

Here is our Schedule for Sunday October 15th:
11am-12pm BirthFit fitness class. Come move with us - free and open to everyone.
12-1pm Come share with us. Community circle to honor your loss. Pick up a candle to take home or give to a friend. Share as much or a little as you’d like. This is a safe space with zero judgement.
