Well done to all who competed today at the West Virginia Grappling Open!
We were able to take first place in the adult division as a team. Big shout out to Aden and Brock, who competed in Columbus and the Tap Out Cancer, where they took first place.

Starting next Saturday, April 11th at 9 AM, we will be offering a women’s only class. If you are thinking about trying jiu-jitsu and not comfortable in a coed class, this is the perfect time to try it out!
