Happy 250th America!!!

It is with a very heavy heart that I have to report that Thor was laid to rest today. Many of you know he's been battling seizures and a brain tumor for pretty much all of this year. About 10 days ago he had another bout of seizures and this time never recovered enough to be able to have a functional life. I am beyond saddened, as are Annie and Loki. Please pray for us to be comforted as this is a huge loss, not just for us, but the gym as well. Thor was a gym mascot and loved everyone here. He's in a better place and no longer in pain. I personally, am thankful for anyone and everyone who was kind to him over the years at this gym, even when he made it difficult, he still just wanted loved. Please share your favorite Thor story in the comments, he was truly one of a kind, and will be greatly missed.

What an amazing weekend for Holly! She finished 20th of 35 in her age group! She was 3rd in her final heat and 15th overall on the final workout, her best finish! Congrats to her from Piercing CrossFit!

She's all checked in!!! Tomorrow all the fun begins! Her heats are at 1pm and 8 pm eastern time! Watch on flo elite!

We are extremely happy to announce that Holly has been offered (and accepted) an invite to compete in Semifinals at Legends Del Mar California! She'll be California dreamin April 24th-26th!!! All her hard work has paid off! Congrats to her!
