VIRTUAL WELLNESS CLASSES FOR KIDS START SEPTEMBER 1ST!!! 😊💪❤️🎉
Cardio Kool Kids is partnering with Leaf and Loaf & Fun with Food and New Perspectives for Life, LLC to bring YOUR kids a VIRTUAL WELLNESS program for the WHOLE child this Fall!
HIP HOP, FITNESS, STRENGTH TRAINING, SPORTS DRILLS, MENTAL/EMOTIONAL TOUGHNESS STRATEGIES, NUTRITION EDUCATION, COOKING SKILLS, and MORE!🎉
VIRTUAL CLASSES via ZOOM will be held on Tuesdays, 1pm-2:30pm beginning September 1st! There are TWO
6-week sessions available (9/1 - 10/6 and 10/13 - 11/7)!
Classes are open to ALL students from kindergarten - 5th grade!
